By booking or participating in a coaching session, you agree to these Terms.

Re-Anchor Wellbeing provides coaching designed to support areas such as:
Personal development
Career direction
Career development
Confidence
Workplace wellbeing
Life direction
Goal setting
Reflection and personal development
Coaching is intended to support you in identifying your own goals, options, and actions.
3. Coaching is not medical treatment or therapy
Re-Anchor Wellbeing provides coaching and wellbeing support.
It is not:
Medical treatment
Medical advice
Counselling
Psychotherapy
Psychiatric treatment
A diagnostic service
Crisis intervention
Legal advice
Financial advice
Coaching should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
If you need professional or emergency support, contact an appropriately qualified professional or relevant emergency service.
4. Client responsibility
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and choices.
Coaching does not guarantee a particular career, employment, financial, health, or personal outcome.
You are responsible for deciding whether any action discussed during coaching is appropriate for your circumstances.
5. Eligibility
All clients must complete the relevant eligibility screening before booking.
Due to the coach's employment with the Department for Work and Pensions, Re-Anchor Wellbeing cannot provide coaching were doing so would create an actual or perceived conflict of interest.
This includes clients who are currently claiming:
Universal Credit
New Style Jobseeker's Allowance
New Style Employment and Support Allowance
Where accepting the client would create such a conflict.
Re-Anchor Wellbeing may decline or cancel a booking where a conflict of interest is identified.
Completing an eligibility questionnaire does not guarantee acceptance as a client.
6. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate information when completing the eligibility screening, questionnaire, and booking process.
You should tell Re-Anchor Wellbeing if information is relevant to your suitability for coaching changes.
7. Booking and payment
Where a coaching service has a fee, payment must be made in accordance with the booking instructions.
A booking is confirmed only when the booking process has been successfully completed and, where applicable, payment has been received.
8. Cancellation and rearrangement
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, please provide as much notice as possible.
The cancellation and refund arrangements applicable to your booking will be displayed at the point of purchase.
Where a session is cancelled by Re-Anchor Wellbeing, you will be offered an alternative appointment or refund.
9. Online sessions
Online sessions are normally provided using a third-party video conferencing service.
You are responsible for having:
A suitable internet connection
A compatible device
A private and appropriate environment for the session
Re-Anchor Wellbeing cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party technology.
10. Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching will normally be treated as confidential.
However, confidentiality cannot be absolute.
Information may need to be disclosed where:
Required by law
Necessary to comply with a legal obligation
Necessary to protect someone from a serious and imminent risk of harm
You have expressly authorised disclosure
Disclosure is otherwise permitted by applicable law
11. Data protection
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Re-Anchor Wellbeing Privacy Notice.
Please read the Privacy Notice before submitting an eligibility questionnaire or booking a coaching service.
12. Intellectual property
Materials supplied by Re-Anchor Wellbeing, including worksheets, exercises, written resources and other original materials, remain in the intellectual property of Re-Anchor Wellbeing unless stated otherwise.
Materials are provided for your personal use and must not be reproduced, resold, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission.
13. Group coaching
For group coaching sessions, participants are expected to respect other participants' privacy.
You must not record, photograph, screenshot, reproduce or distribute another participant's contribution without their permission.
You should avoid sharing other people's personal information outside of the session.
14. Professional boundaries and conflicts of interest
Re-Anchor Wellbeing is operated separately from the coach's employment with the Department of Work and Pensions.
Re-Anchor Wellbeing will not use DWP systems, information, or resources in providing private coaching.
DWP information will never be used to identify or target potential coaching clients.
Where a conflict of interest arises, Re-Anchor Wellbeing may refuse or end a coaching relationship.
15. Ending coaching
Either you or Re-Anchor Wellbeing may end the coaching relationship.
Where appropriate, Re-Anchor Wellbeing may recommend that you seek support from another suitably qualified professional or service.
16. Limitation of responsibility
Re-Anchor Wellbeing will provide services with reasonable care and skill.
However, coaching outcomes depend on many factors outside the coach's control.
Re-Anchor Wellbeing does not guarantee any employment, financial, health, wellbeing, or personal outcome.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability that was doing so would be unlawful.

If you have a concern about the service, please contact:

These Terms may be updated from time to time.
The version applicable to your booking will normally be the version published on the website at the time of booking.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute will be subject to the authority of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any applicable consumer rights.
